Payment Method
At lovegoodly.com, the following payment methods are accepted when placing an online order: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express. The credit card will be charged after the order ships, except for any box subscription. For subscription boxes, the first box is charged right away, then subsequent boxes will be billed on the 28th of the month prior to the next box shipping - regardless of the original signup date. If difficulties are experienced in authorizing the credit card, an automated email notification will be sent every 6 days for 30 days. After 6 attempts, the system will stop trying to charge the account and the subscription will be cancelled. Orders can also be placed by phone, where American Express, Visa, or MasterCard can be used. A valid email address is required to receive the order confirmation and any order updates. For online shop orders including Single Boxes, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are accepted by mail. Personal Checks or non-LOVE GOODLY Gift Cards are not accepted. The system will automatically decline the Gift Card if an attempt is made to place an order with it.

How To Open A Love Goodly Account?
To open an account on lovegoodly.com, follow these steps:

If the subscription was signed up for before September 4, 2018, account activation is a must. If the email address used for sign up is not remembered, contact info@lovegoodly.com for assistance.

Love Goodly Return Policy?
At lovegoodly.com, the return policy is as follows:
- All Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, gift, single, and prepaid) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To initiate a return, contact info@lovegoodly.com within 10 business days from the date the order was originally received.
- All items must be returned in unused condition with ALL packaging, tags, seals, accessories, etc. still intact.
- If a damaged or defective item was received, include any images or videos showing the damage or defect.
- The following items are NOT eligible for return: Love Goodly Boxes (subscription, gift, single, and prepaid), Sale Items, Bundles (pre-curated and custom), Fragrances, Free Gifts or Samples, and Open/Used Items (unless there is an issue with the consistency of the product).
- Customers are subject to the return shipping costs.
- After the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on the account.
- If a Love Goodly gift card was used to place the order, the refund will be re-issued in the form of a new gift card (sent via email).
